Check out the latest gameplay footage of Splinter Cell Conviction.
This game looks great!
Major ton Wont you just shut up? all you do is troll , dont you get tired? topic: This is a cool video but I saw it already on the IGN 20 Mins Gameplay post.
Same person. Or same desperateforattention troll-type personality. OT: Looks good, though Sam looks a bit too buff IMO. I want a sleek ninja assassin kind of agent. Not Arnold in True Lies!
if it be ps3 or 360 I'm getting it, ps3 is my primary gaming console but I'll be getting it on 360 day one and if it does releease on ps3 I'll get it then too, Loved DA online XD
Wow, the second video was awesome. The graphics are outstanding. One thing I noticed was how extremely detailed and realistic Sam's hair is when the camera was looking down on his head. Check it out at 0:48 in the video. That's some of the most realistically rendered hair I have seen in a video game. But anyway, the whole game looks fantastic.
Conviction has always been a game I was looking forward to and the game has shaped up extremely nicely. I love the new shooting mechanics. It makes Sam Fisher look like the deadly assassin that he is. Graphically I am in utter awe at the quality of the presentation. Ubisoft Montreal have some of the best programmers around.
Game looks really great - can't wait.
They really polished this game up, looks amazing. @Major_Tom/Nasim/saaking How many times do the devs have to say no? Anyways I'm shocked the graphics look this good and so much better so fast and the story seems top notch.
This is a dupe, but ya, it looks great.
Just watched the feature on GTTV, and I get more and more sad that this is not making its way to the PS3. Hopefully we ps3 owners get a port down the road someday.
im happy to own both consoles
eh, same here but i still think Alan Wake will be floptastic
I bet Splinter Cell Conviction will be one of the best games of the year.
Lookin good. I wonder if it's the same engine from ac2. I was at gamestop earlier checking out some stuff and chatting with the employees about X10. Looking at the release dates, this game and AW seems so close but yet so far.
all rolled into one.
Yeah, this is a great direction for Splinter Cell. The graphics and gameplay both look outstanding.
no maxed out here.
This and Alan Wake blow a hole clean through that idea. Oh, and Metro 2033. That one also looks amazing. Hell, Mass Effect 2 is a really nice looking game too.
wow.. the graphics look simply incredible!
I am a huge Splinter Cell fan, have been playing the games since they came out. I really love the new presentation/art direction of this one, it fits well. However, the gameplay looks less like a traditional Splinter Cell game. I have a feeling more emphasis will be on action than stealth, similar to Assassins Creed 2. While stealth is ideal, it's not necessary (as opposed to past SC games where direct action USUALLY meant death). Guess I'll have to wait and see though...
but this bad boy is looking sick! I love the look of this game (not just graphics wise, the art direction as a whole). No doubt I'm getting this game day one, Collector's Edition of course. Off topic, but I'm also digging that Alan Wake Limited Collectors Edition too. The "Hard cover book" box set looks sweet!
This is going to be a good time..can wait
...Major Tool that his schtick got old after the first 1000 times. :o
While i do own X360 and PS3 i just can't see this remaining Exclusive for Microsoft however ill be buyn the 360 version since its being built ground up for Microsoft hardware
Red Steel 1 & 2 are Wii exclusive; it's not like Ubi has never done a console exclusive before. Besides, SC has always been considered an XBOX franchise, just like some people say GTA is a Playstation franchise. SC never did well on a Sony platform, graphically OR sales-wise.
Now this is a game I'm going to have alot of fun with.
Looks great, kinda reminds me of UC2. Can't wait to see more!
