Last night at the Super Bowl, Disney released a 30 ad for its upcoming Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Flick, and it's serious business. Move on past the break.
Laavely! Can't wait to see it now :)
By the look of things, I might actually make it to the theater to see this. That'd be a first for me!
seems pretty good
Movies made into games as we know have failed terribly in the past. But I must admit spawn, this is actually impressive!
It's got some decent actors in it as well :)
Still not buying Gyllenhal in the lead role. He only utters 3 lines of dialogue in the trailer.
aaah what, PG13? i'm lookin forward to it, but PG13?
Don't judge a movie by it's trailer..will likely turn out to be typical hollywood rubbish.
Typical Hollywood has delivered some of the greatest [email protected]#king films to bless cinema. But of course your opinion matters because you are obviously an expert.
You're right, they have but not lately. Hollywood hasn't produced anything good in a long time.
@plb the hurt locker says otherwise, but you might be to criticizing on everything
the hurt locker was the absolute worst more disappointing fill that i have ever seen, i will never get those hours back. I was actually up set about the film. And also yes its a trailer, its meant to make you want to see it still may be bad
I agree pib, hollywood movies have been complete [email protected] lately. when they start recycling vampire movies all the time and casting the rock as the tooth fairy you know hollywood has run outta ideas. there are no classic movies anymore. they redo everything and turns out like [email protected] seriously, no more classic stories. its all frikin CGI bs!!!! they think that a movie will sell as long as its got good special effects and who cares about the story. what a crock! YogiBear must be a fan of twilight and legion! rofl
He is not Persian.
And I'm not a doctor but I play one on TV :)
I am hoping this movie doesn't flop.
That this is arguably the most well received game of the last decade. You don't get too many people looking back at it trying to tell you how bad it is, like with most games, so they better not mess this up. There is no reason to, the game had a fully functional movie inside of it.
Remember a lot of folks on here dissing Jake G. Calling the movie Brokeback Persia or something. Don't know if it will suck, but the trailer looked real good. But sometimes Hollywood does trick you by putting all the best scenes in the trailer, but the rest of the movie inbetween can be garbage. Hope that is not the case.
This looks like it could be the first fully successful game to film movie. It looks like The Mummy, and if it's anything like The Mummy, it'll be a somewhat timeless classic.
I was excited for this movie until I saw the PG-13 rating. Now I think it's going to suck.
there have been amazing PG13 movies and horrible R movies. its stupid to judge a movie on its rating. plus why does it need to be rated R? this movie doesn't have to be R rated, the games were never that gory. i think the movie looks pretty damn fun and i will totally be there. wonder if its gonna be disneys next Pirates franchise. looks like thats what they are trying to do.
R is for noobs and whiners only. Pg-13 is for serious, hardcore.
