Saint's Row Preview

You play as one of the luckless souls trying to scrape a living in decrepit Stilwater City. At the start of the game, you're caught up in a random drive-by shooting and end up being recruited by a gang called 'The 3rd Street Saints'. They've not only got a taste for purple clothes, but they're serious about homicide, drug dealing, hijacking, prostitution and insurance fraud too. (Saints Row, Xbox 360)

definitely will play this...
if its anywhere close to GTA VC or GTA SA (looks like it is) I am there. a high-def GTA is just what the doctor ordered!

I 100% agree!

:D

the gameplay actually sounds better than GTA- no annoying helicopter missions and destruction derby/flatout style subgames!!

Saint's Row is developed by the small team of Volition. They are quickly joining the big elite developers, and are becoming one of my hot favourites.

Yes, I agree. I can see run off's coming here
This company has the right idea's. Just think what there next game/s is going to be like. XBOX 360 is going to be having a blast thanks to companies like these. And to of added online gameplay is "dynomite!!" :))

The preview said there were framerate issues in places...I'm so tired of hearing about this! Is it a developer problem or xbox 360 problem? If its a developer problem then Microsoft should lay down the law and not allow the release till its dealt with! It's a gamekiller imo, if I'm in a huge massive war playing lotr, the last thing I want is lag.

Other than that, can't wait to play this game.
