G4TV: MAG Review

MAG stands simply for Massive Action Game and, while that is this particular title's biggest asset, it's also its biggest flaw: its magnitude is matched by a steep learning curve. A much more thorough tutorial is needed, the weapons locker needs more variety and it graphically resembles a PS3 launch title.

Aside from those issues, the game thrives and stumbles based on the community. At its best, the game delivers on its promise of frantic shooter action on a massive scale. If you can get yourself in a squad with some like-minded teammates serving under a commander who can genuinely inspire, MAG is a truly great online experience.

The story is too old to be commented.

Well the game has 256 people playing. What do you want KZ2 quality graphics?! Either way MAG is a really fun online experience that everyone should at least try. I for one love MAG.

For some Reason everyone is forgetting about that, people can say they don't care, MAG players know that 256 players in HUGE Fight is AWESOME

Graphically,sure whatever.It is middle ground.
Gameplay wise,it re-invents the genre.No more 8v8,16v16 excuses.That debate is now redundant.
The game is deserving of praise, and it will get it as time goes on.
This is a war. "Face you're fear, accept your war,it is what it is".=)

That seems like a very good, fair summary, devoid of BS. Still, I'm going to have to rent it first. I'm kind of tired of FPS
