I've done this many times and it feels like I'm buying games for free. I sell like those free bonus items you get by preordering. Recently, I sold Tatsunoko vs Capcom trading cards for about 40 dollars. One of my most epic sale was selling 2 Valkyria Chronicles artbook where I made almost 200 dollars. I still own one last copy. The trick is to sell your extras or things you don't really need.
