Allegedly Speaking: Keep Your Gamers Happy

"This seems like an obvious piece of advice for a game company, yes? Of course it does-If your customers are happy, they will buy your product; if they despise you… good luck getting your box off the shelf. It all goes back to the age-old phrase: "The customer is always right." What isn't obvious though is that this is also something that developers should keep in mind for the gamers they employ. Another nice bit of advice is that "Happy workers make good products. I'm sure that by now everyone has heard of the recent 'Rockstar Spouse' debacle."
