Chair Entertainment Signs Exclusive Deal with Epic Games

Today Chair Entertainment, an independent video game production company, announced that it has signed an exclusive deal with Epic Games for the Unreal Engine 3. This deal will be applied towards all current and upcoming game development projects. The first game to be released will be Undertow for the Xbox LIVE Arcade, due out this summer. (Industry, Undertow, Xbox 360)
