You could buy two games for that price.

The pricing of the stick isn't the issue for me. My problem is that I won't play enough fighters on the Wii to justify the investment. TvC is probably the only fighting game that I'll play on the Wii, and that's only because its the only console that its available on.

Apparently it works well with some other games like SSBB and Muramasa. I don't know if it works with Virtual Console games but if it does then weh-hey.

It's ok for that price, but Sanwa parts in it and it's ready to go.

Or wait for a Tournament Edition Stick for Wii.

Stick does NOT use Sanwa parts like the Tournament Edition stick, it uses stock parts like the Standard Edition. If it did, the price would be much highter .

Guys dont get fooled by the pretty colors wich you can custom yourself anyway . Get an hori if available instead .

Yeah I know. It was a typo, "but" should be "put".

The Fightstick SE is ok when modded with Sanwa.

They are the worst peripheral company ever. I have a Hori Wii arcade stick and it's around $30-20 USD if you can find it.

lol...........
Mad Catz

Depends ! there are the worst except for the sf4 and mvc sticks (in their expensive tournament edition , the standard ones are just that standard) , since they use the sanwa parts .
Hell you call basically say it's not a madcatz at all .

Hori is definitively the better brand , but their cheapest sticks , and the named ones (tekken stick , soul calibur stick , "XXX games" stick) are usually their inferior quality , without sanwa parts .
Plus they often have soldered buttons and thus harder to mod for those who care .

They are still good , great even but can't compared to full sanwa or seimitsu hori sticks . there is no quetion however of what's best between a standard madcatz and a cheap hori . obviously Hori still wins

Anyway i'd say , i you got the cash for the expensive madcatz , then pay for the best hori instead .
