The team behind this game, VD Dev, also known for Driv3r and Stuntman on the GBA, is nevertheless not often in the spotlight. This is strange because with C.O.P. The Recruit weather they know many of the DS to squeeze in technologies. The game is best described as a sandbox game, similar to - how could it be otherwise - Grand Theft Auto." 5/10
