Great Movie, Crappy Game: This Is Why Games Based On Movies Suck

Let's name them: Transformers, Avatar, Iron Man, SAW and more. What do these games have in common? Right. They are licensed games based in movies. And whay are they crappy? Right, because there's limited time, limited money and limited invention. But there are of course some exceptions. (PC, PS3, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Xbox 360)
