Capcom Claims We'll Never Guess Their Project Natal Game

G4TV writes: "Capcom is calling you out, readers.

Over at community site Capcom Unity, company head of public relations Chris Kramer linked to my story about an upcoming Project Natal game being produced by Capcom. At CES 2010, Capcom teased that it was working on a Project Natal game that wouldn't be released at Project Natal's launch, based on a brand "we haven't seen in a while." Readers immediately started guessing away."

i seriously doubt that
they did say brand you haven't seen in a while the megaman brand is still around and seen
im betting its something like streets of rage something ancient and forgotten

anyways i don't see any point in capcom calling people out to guess what it is its not like if someone guesses it right they will confirm it

qface643256d ago

wait which one is owned by capcom is it final fight or streets of rage?
if i remember right both of these games are very alike

Jamescagney3256d ago

Streets of Rage was made by Sega wasn't it?

EDIT:Wiki says yes.

qface643256d ago

yeah i checked i easily confuse those games since they are so alike
i just remember streets of rage having the kid with the roller blades

unless im mixing em up again

Jamescagney3256d ago

Yeah it did, although I think it was the second one. I can't quite remember though, it's been a while since I played them. I do remember them being excellent games though, would be cool for a remake.

A. Strider? I doubt Natal could handle something this fast.

B. Jojo's Bizaare Adventure? Same reason as Strider.

B. Powerstone? Possible, It would be crazy if you can pickup things in your living room and it would translate in the game.

C. Breath of Fire? Possible.

D. Dino Crisis? Probably, an on-rail shooter

E. Plasma Sword? Would be cool.

F. Red Earth? If it was made like The Godzilla games or like War of the Monsters.

g. Darkstalkers? A fighter, nah.

h. Onimusha? Probably like the Dragon Quest Wii game

I. Rival Schools? Another fighter, nah.

j. The Misadventures of Tron Bonne? Yeah, I think this one would do.

H. Maximo? Possible, but clunky.

If I were Capcom, I'd port Zack and Wiki: Quest for Barbaro's Treasure, I think that one would be a perfect fit for Natal.

I think a masturbation game with motion controls is long overdue ;)
Okami would work great with Natal or PSmotion so if they are not even considering that i will start doubting Capcom's sanity.

how about you guess if I care.

Capcom : Over promising and under delivering.

ReBurn3256d ago

Final Fight! Heh. That would make us care, right? /s

I don't understand the Natal buzz. I'm still a skeptic.

moneybuyseverything3256d ago (Edited 3256d ago )

But you came in here so care on some level?

Capcom was slipping on every title they release last year, except for SF IV. Hopefully they can jump back this year, just release Devil May Cry 5 and stop bullsh!ting with this Natal crap.

Jamescagney3256d ago

Maybe something like Ghosts and Goblins? Could be anything really, Capcom have quite a back catalogue.
