Spawnio: C.O.P. – The Recruit Review

Spawnio writes: "C.O.P. – The Recruit in simpler terms is a mirror image of Grand Theft Auto just for a younger audience. Instead of playing as a drug smuggeling, prostitute loving crime lord tough guy however, you are on the right side of the law.

The storyline is funny in the fact that the main character – Dan Miles – a former underground street racer becomes a police officer. The storyline seems like a bad FOX show as Dan's trainer – Brad Winter – is arrested for terrorist attacks going on in the city. The story progresses as Dan tries to prove Brad's innocence. Another terrorist attack is in the works and Dan Miles is the only one who can foil the terrorist's nasty plans. The concept alone is laughable. A former street racer reformed to become a cop." (Cop: The Recruit, Nintendo DS) 60/100
