A fine family game, then, but ultimately it's Guitar Hero 5: Pop Edition and not worth buying as well as, rather than instead of, its hard-rocking brother. It's not hard to see how this could have been an expansion like Rocks the '80s, but instead it's the classic teen dilemma: which crowd do you hang out with? 7/10
