CC: Today we're looking back at the PlayStation 3 exclusives that have wowed the team here at Connected Consoles, right back to when Sony launched the console back in late 2006.
VGChartz's Mark Nielsen: "Upon finally finishing Devil May Cry 5 recently - after it spent several years on my “I’ll play that soon” list - I considered giving it a fittingly-named Late Look article. However, considering that this was indeed the final piece I was missing in the DMC puzzle, I decided to instead take this opportunity to take a look back at the entirety of this genre-defining series and rank the entries. What also made this a particularly tempting notion was that while most high-profile series have developed fairly evenly over time, with a few bumps on the road, the history of Devil May Cry has, at least in my eyes, been an absolute roller coaster, with everything from total disasters to action game gold."
3,1,4,5 to me, never played 2. 5 gameplay is amazing but level design was really disappointing to me, just a bunch of plain arenas, the story felt like a worse written rehash of the 3rd and the charater models looked weird ( specially the ladies ). Another problem with 5 was that there was not enough content for 3 charaters so I could never really familiarize with any of them

Dmc.

God DMC2 was an awful game.
And in case this isn't obvious it goes worst to best
Order changes depending on your focus. I tend to focus on gameplay/fun factor, so...
5, 3, 1, 4, 2.
I really didn't like 4 but commend Dante's weapon diversity. The retreading of old ground was pretty unacceptable to me.
But even then... Still more enjoyable than 2 for me
Plenty of unforgettable games have completely messed up their players throughout the years, all the way back from the PS1 days to the dark recesses of the modern internet.
Gary Green said: Namco Bandai heard the call of many fans asking for the PlayStation release of Tales of Graces which was originally released seemingly exclusively for the Wii back in 2009. If you’re acquainted with the Tales series then Graces f won’t be something entirely new to you, yet if you’re a newcomer then you’ll find a plethora of gameplay mechanics and nuances that distinguish this series from other JRPGs. While the game finds itself following the traditional archetype of JRPGs, such as a somewhat clichéd story, Graces has something to offer to both veterans and newcomers alike.
I would say all right, but i would put Resistance ahead of Wipeout...
No Demon's Souls? :/
@below: Thanks for clearing that up.
Not surprised that Uncharted 2 took the top spot, but it's deserved.
I thought Killzone 2 was absolutaly brilliant, no matter how short it was. It was just better than Uncharted 2 because U2's multiplayer is a bit of a mess.
Example: Floating grenades.
are by far superior to the ones that appear only on the white piece of crap, the tech, the art, the programming, the love in it.
Its easy when you see something like Demons Souls, or Final Fantasy Versus, Uncharted 2, Killzone 2, Metal Gear Solid.
That the people that made those games are... artists
Not like those who developed a faulty hardware wich die alone more than 50% of the cases and also charge extra money for a so calle "Online Service".
Its simple, PS3 is... state of art
the other thing is... well... something to feel ashamed of
