Eric Staal named NHL 08 cover boy

The Carolina Hurricanes' Eric Staal has been chosen by EA to be the cover boy for the latest edition of their popular videogame hockey franchise, NHL 08.

At just 23 years of age, Staal has notched 75 goals over the last two seasons, with 100 points in 2006 alone. (Culture, Industry, NHL 07, NHL 08, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)
