DIYgamer.com writes: "And no, I'm not talking about the Assassin's Creed 2 bit they did either.
The title in question, Don't B[sic] Nervous Talking 2 Girls, premiered on Microsoft's indie games channel (Xbox Live Indie Games) this last week to many jokes and laughter from the usual gaming press (Joystiq, Kotaku, Siliconera), but also from the host of The Tonight Show; Conan O'Brian and his portly sidekick Andy Richter."
Is Capcom justified in releasing the game with 21 downloadable items?
all which you can earn IN THE GAME BY PLAYING.. sheesh.. people need to chill and stop trippin'.
capcom has done this with every resi game since 2, with devil may cry 4 and 5.
we should be complaining about the poor Performance
I'll be handing out homework In the form of research on the essence of the boiling frog syndrome because the comments already are afflicted with this.
*Performance comment Is spot on 5+ points.
Accepting that these publishers have these types of mtx In games Is tiring, "well, they've done it with their other IP" so should we accept it? Your acceptance of it happening is ruining gaming, just to make it clear.
But it's okay though, you can earn the stuff ingame. 🙃
Having not actually played the game, but only heard about what microtransactions are on offer, no. Dragon's Dogma 2 has not taken microtransactions too far. I think a game would have to go to extraordinary lengths to qualify for the statement 'taken microtransactions too far.'
I mean, I remember a rant from yonks ago (Dungeon Keeper mobile) which, just from memory, went WAY further than Dragon's Dogma 2, with literal days of waiting to mine a single block, and a huge price mark-up to advance.
So, no, Dragon's Dogma 2 hasn't gone 'too far.'
GungHo Online Entertainment will release GRANDIA HD Collection for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 26, the company announced. Physical edition pre-orders will open via Limited Run Games
According to fans this was a let down. If you still have a CRT play the Saturn English fan translation, its the best way to play. The developers were told in advance that the visuals looked terrible for Grandia 1 'HD' and they didn't listen. They kept the awful blur filter.
Apparently Grandia 2 'HD' is good though.
Still wish Grandia 3 was added. I'll still get it I missed out on Grandia and Grandia 2 when they came out back in the day.
Great games. I'm not sure if true, but I'm hearing people say these still have the same visual filter that people complained about on the Switch which is a pity if so.
I really hope we get a re-release of Grandia 3 someday though.
