For an example of how far you can dilute a once truly potent licence then look no further than the Star Wars franchise. From all powerful beginnings as a brand that signified inventiveness and quality, the hallowed name has slowly and gradually been stretched to cover all number of mediocre properties – the most recent of which, Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron does little more than further underline the point of 'less is more'. 5/10
