People are really putting to much muscle into there actions.
Remember you dont have to swing as hard as you can to hit it good.

As w/ any form of physical activity, it is recommended to take it easy at the beginning. As the body adapts and becomes less prone to soreness, swinging harder will provide continued fitness benefits. I challenge anyone to flex their abs during an entire game of Wii Sports baseball, tennis, or boxing.
