The Sims 3 redefined the platform it created solely with the free abilty to move, and create anything! It is only natural that EA followed the old strategy (as with all Sims games) of releasing add-ons for years to come. World Adventures is the first add on for the game, and it delivers.
Firstly it gives a few items to buy (not as many as we have come to expect) and a sparse collection of building items, but does include the ability to build a basement (…and the difficulties that come with working out how to build a basement). It lends itself to little trait modifications, and no new job types. But this is not what the game is about.
