BeefJack: Dragon Age: Origins: Did It Take A Step Back From Mass Effect

During my time with Dragon Age a friend asked me, "is this just Mass Effect during medieval times?" Oh we laughed for a while, but it did make me think, Mass Effect was an innovator and it brought some seriously amazing aspects to the table. What about Dragon Age? Sure no one can deny how top class the title is, but compared to Mass Effect, it certainly isn't sporting all the same bells and whistles.
