Considering the quality of the visuals this is some feat. The mind boggles as to how Over The Top has stayed within WiiWare's game size limit. Granted, enemies are a bit naff, with only three types, plus the recurring Hydra boss, but then this is a puzzle-platformer anyway. The thing to understand is this: play it, leave it for a month and then enjoy it all over again. 85/100
