We've known for some time that Codemasters is reviving classic 90s footy game Sensible World of Soccer for Xbox Live Arcade, but we now have first screenshots.
On show is what's referred to as "Classic mode" SWOS and "Enhanced mode" SWOS - a reworked modern version of the game by original SWOS graphic meister Stu Cambridge - which will feature in the release on XBLA this summer.
Live Arcade Sensible World of Soccer features quick-game and career modes with team management and the option to play in your very own Champions league bundled in, and of course there's full support for online matches.
It's making use of the original code from 1996/1997 too, employed in what's widely regarded as the best incarnation of SWOS to appear.
Codemasters is also bringing the Sensible World of Soccer revival to Windows Vista via download, although this is expected to appear after the Xbox Live Arcade launch.
