Certicom Sues Sony for Patents that Sony Already Licensed

How one member of technology standard associations treat each other to a nice hot cup of lawsuits and backstabbing.

Yesterday Certicom Corporation had filed a lawsuit against Sony Corporation for patent infringements, but new information reveals just how far Certicom Corporation will go to earn a little extra cash. On Certicom Corporate website, the link that says "Partners" would reveal that Certicom was involved in many technology standard associations, which coincidentally, Sony was a part of as well.

On Certicom's website, their Industry Partners page would have a link to every technology standard association they were involved in. (Industry)

if you look at the info bit at the top, this had 6 approvals and only needed 5 yet it was still waiting for approval untill i approved it aswell.... weird maybe something Dusty needs to look at?...
