After after its mammoth success in Japan, the announcement of Brain Age 2 has gathered yawns from many American gamers. But Gaming Target looks at the so-called "casual gamer" and sees grownup gamers more interested in Tetris, Katamari, Uno and Lego Star Wars than the latest "AAA" blockbuster.

That's not called a casual gamer, but a retro gamer.
All people that refer to themselves as a "good Nintendo boy" are hardcore to the max! They are so entrenched into the Nintendo lifestyle, they will even abandon the latest technology. There may be "casual" Wii owners, but anyone that posts info on the web about their Wii is a hardcore gamer.
