Modern Warfare 2 pushed back to Nov 13 on Steam?

Gamer Limit has discovered that Steam lists the official release date for the PC version of Modern Warfare 2 as November 13, 2009. This is a full three days later then the world wide release date of November 10. We have no concrete evidence at this time as to whether this is a mistake or not.
