Lost Winds: Winter of the Melodias Review - AllAboutTheGames

AATG writes:

"Sifting through WiiWare for the gold nuggets amongst the chaff is a tricky business.

In fact, trawling through full-priced Wii titles for those same gold nuggets is equally time consuming and seemingly random but when Frontier Developments announced a follow-up for the sublime Lost Winds, I sat up and took notice.

Lost Winds 1 is sublime, a title good enough to be boxed up and sold at full price, trouncing most of the horrific dross developers were shovelling out as "games" on the platform back in 2008. In 2009 Lost Winds: Winter of the Melodias once again shows what a developer with serious pedigree can do even on a supposedly low-end piece of kit like the Wii." (Lost Winds 2, LostWinds: Winter of the Melodias, Wii) 5/5
