Digital Spy: Order Of War Review

DS writes: "The relationship between World War II and video games is rapidly becoming like an old married couple; drastically running out of new things to say to each other. Perhaps understandably, pretty much every aspect of the pivotal global conflict has been explored to death by developers. Order Of War shuns the usual action/shooter approach to the war and instead takes on a real time strategy angle in which players control entire forces of troops and vehicles. Unfortunately, it fails to bring any new ideas to the table, or even a stellar RTS experience (more on that later), but it does offer a polished, accessible and enjoyable foray into this well documented conflict, including the unusual touch of being able to control the Nazi war machine." (Order of War, PC) 3/5
