Bethesda takes over falloutnewvegas.com

Some of you might have seen the fansite set up by some fans at falloutnewvegas.com. However, as of October 5, the site has been shut down. According to registration data, the domain is now registered with CSC Corporate Domains, Inc, which manages all domains owned by Bethesda Softworks/ZeniMax Media.

Maybe now that Fallout 3: GotY is out, we'll finally see some New Vegas info coming?

Here's an idea: Maybe instead of working on a new Fallout game Bethesda should fix the one that people are playing right now.

I've been a huge Fallout fan from the very beginning – in fact, before the beginning, I'm also a huge fan of Wasteland – but these glitch-ridden monstrosities are really ruining it for me.

I traded in my copy of Fallout with the intention of buying the GOTY edition and then I hear that PS3 save files don't work with it. What the hell?

I also hear that the expansion packs are just as glitchy as the downloadable versions.

And chances are, if the Oblivion GOTY edition is any indication, that these problems will never be addressed.

I bought Uncharted 2 instead. I don't think I'll have any regrets.

The game is fine and def. a GOTY, I'm not sure why your saying this, but I basically never find glitches and I love and play fo3 even today.

To whine about the little things is to miss the whole point and greatness that is FO3.

@1.1 Bethesda has very low standards when releasing dlc, because it is bug-ridden, and barely playable, and has said nothing on whether, or not they are working on a fix.

I ran into plenty of glitches on both the 360 and PS3 version. I think the 360 version ran better for me right up untill the part where it kept freezing and became unplayable. That's why I picked it up on the PS3 and it was also glitchy. I loved it obviously but it could use a few patches.

Bethesda is not working on Fallout: New Vegas, they are publishing it, while Obsidian is developing.

I'm even playing it right now and have been for the past 3 weeks, well until tomorrow w/Borderlands release, but I've only had 1 glitch in 3 weeks that I remember, so it's all good here.

Also, if you haven't played or downloaded "Broken Steel", then you've missed what it fixed, that DLC did quite a few good things for the entire game.

The game glitches, no matter what platform you play it on. PS3/PC/Xbox 360. If you have not seen any, then thank the heavens above.

I've played it on all 3, btw.

twice on 2 diff. PC's, but that could of been more pc related, I don't know.

The Fallout Anthology Edition is coming to PC very soon, and is packaged with some very S.P.E.C.I.A.L. bonuses.

Fallout: New Vegas Is A Mojave Marvel

James at HPP writes: "Swapping out a nuclear Washington DC for a rechristened Las Vegas known as New Vegas, this Obsidian Entertainment-developed sequel propels the hallmarks of Fallout 3 to greater heights, thus becoming the ultimate progenitor."
