Republic Heroes is just not much fun. The platforming is frustrating and the combat is largely unexciting, save for a handful of fights. You are kept so far back from the action that it's hard to make any sort of connection with these heroes and their adventure. For a universe that has so much invested in these characters (save for the pretty dull clone troopers), it's too bad Republic Heroes does little to spotlight them. Honestly, IGN had more fun playing Star Wars: Episode III –- Revenge of the Sith on DS... back in 2005.
