What do you expect??
Old movies will not fill up even a HD-DVD.

Getting old movies in HD anything seems like a waste of time and money for me.

You can also find BR titles on torrents as well new and old ones.

We get HD movies and Hollywood gets DRM protection.

Within 2 yrs or less we'll have copies of any BR or HD movie out there on the market coming from China(regionless verisons).

It was the 720p version.

Edit: 1080p is 24gb. Speed is quite fast it normally takes 9 hours on my 1mb connection.

you thinking of downloading it?

.... it would take a fair few hours wouldnt it? (obviously depending on how many seeds there are and how fast your internet is)

This defeats the whole purpose of the damn HDMI cable... aside from being only one cable... Many TV dont support 1080P through components because they had faith in DRM protection... well now we get no 1080P with components and No DRM protection... good job. LOL.

i do think its a little bit funny when they spend ALL this effort on trying to protect the data, and it is "Defeated" alot quicker lol

ohwell, i would still rather have it on a legit HD-DVD or BluRay disc then downloading it. but then i havnt got a HD-DVD add on or a PS3 and theres NO WAY i am going to buy a standalone. so i spose i am going to have to keep with DVD... unless MS put this up on Marketplace, then i would consider paying for it.

What to impress your 'mates that your so dumb to buy machine that cost 3 to 4 times as much and watch a movie that you'ved seen on your standard dvd for a lot less??? What a knob you really are!!!... You could have waited till we get flooded by more brands ( more features/connections + cheaper deals ) and by then the big plasma's and the lcd's tvs' would have been a bargain too. Asswipe!
