I wish they'd give us actual numbers :C
Obvious hypocrites are fail. #1 - Left 4 Dead 2.
Do you even know what hypocrite means? They opened up L4D2 pre-orders this week, so yeah, there's going to be a lot of people ordering it.
"Hypocrite - a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings." I'm sort of wondering if you even know what I'm referring to. I'm deciding if I should get this or not, as well. Loved the first one. I own it on both 360 and PC. The problem, is that I don't know what platform to get it for, first. With the Xbox 360, I have achievements and a pretty well structured community to play with. On the other hand, PC has the best controls, mod support, better performance, etc., but I only have like 2 friends who use Steam regularly, which would defeat the purpose of playing L4D2 on it.
Oh woops, misread your comment. And L4D's fanbase is a lot more than the 43,000 "boycotters"
lol... silly boycotters.
i was boycotter #200 something. Just waiting to see what they're gonna do about split communities as they stated themselves before I decide on a l4d2 purchase. Don't get me wrong I love me my Valve and Steam. OFP2, Borderlands, MW2 and pc gamers are gettin a real nba2k this year (finally) which I'll probably play online for awhile means I won't miss L4D2 until it gets its steam sale.
They sold me a bunk copy of Bioshock and they never fixed the problem for me. Screw them.
There's a reason why it's digital download. You delete the local content and redownload it...
So, Bioshock not working on your computer is Valve's fault for selling it to you, rather than 2K, the company that can actually patch the game?
I bought the Aion collector's edition and it gave me the North American version which for some reason was in Korean even when it was set to English :S. Had to then redownload the normal version with the NCSoft Launcher.
