Funcom: No More Dreamfall Series

In an interview with Game-Pad, Funcom revealed that the Dreamfall series is currently on indefinite hold - with no current plans to continue development. Could the Dreamfall series be gone forever? This will come as a huge shock to fans highly anticipating the release of Dreamfall Chapters. (Dreamfall: The Longest Journey, PC, The Longest Journey, Xbox 360)

This is really too bad. The two games didn't do anything ground breaking in terms of gameplay, but the story telling in both of these games was absolutely phenomenal! I've been waiting for some time for some word about Chapters, but this isn't the word I was hoping for. Hope things change in the near future!
