Gaming Age writes: "Demon's Souls comes to the US, thanks to Atlus, riding a considerable amount of hype from the import community. The Asian version of Demon's Souls had a lot of English text built in, so there have been positive impressions of this game running for quite some time. I'm happy to say that the hype was warranted. Atlus has cleaned up the interface and made the necessary grammatical changes to help with the steep learning curve in the beginning of the game. Make no mistake, this can be a brutally unforgiving game and may not appeal to everyone, but this is definitely the type of game that was needed to expand the PS3's library." A-/A+
great review
Will have to pick this puppy up.
But I'm going to have to pass. I get frustrated enough playing Shatter. God knows what I would be like after my millionth death on Demon's Souls.
Is it hard? No. Is it challenging? Absolutely. It's also the best RPG at the moment, IMO.
And if you get frustrated by the difficulty, just summon blue phantoms to help you out.
Hold your tears xbots for it only gets worse for you all and Microshaft.
Have you decided to surrender yet?
