Laura Croft Likeness casues house raid

When police spotted a gun-wielding suspect lurking in the shadows of a suburban front room, their response was swift. Armed officers burst into the house guns drawn and shouted at the owner to lie on the floor, and ordered him to surrender his weapon.

But efficiency turned to embarrassment when the "gunman" turned out to be a life-sized model of the video game character Lara Croft, complete with trademark outsized pistols.

Not the busting in the house part but actually arresting the guy for thier dumb arse selves! Wow poor dude just wanted to sell it and the cops charge him with firearms offence, and Lara Croft remains impounded as evidence.

Who has no idea how this guy was taken to the slammer for 13 hours. This is about as Fuked up as it gets. And now hes out on bail? WHAT!!

The only messed up part is that the cop actually followed through with the mistaken arrest. I think it's absolutely unfair that the owner has to suffer and his life-size statue being impounded and possibly not returned at all, all because of a mistake by the cops.
