Konami Announces DDR U.S. Championship

It's time to put on those dancing shoes and let the search for the ultimate dancer in the United States begin - DanceDanceRevolution style. Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc., has announced the launch of the official 2009 DanceDanceRevolution U.S. Championships. Beginning September 26, the first-ever national DanceDanceRevolution competition will bring together the greatest DDR players from around the country to compete in seven different regional tournaments all over the United States. All this action will culminate when the top dancers in each region will advance to the National Finals in Las Vegas on December 5th, 2009 where the number one DanceDanceRevolution player will be crowned.
