Kotaku: As promised, Microsoft are about to begin a panel discussion on Project Natal with several noted developers, including Hideo Kojima and Capcom's Keiji Inafune.
oh its live .
Yes and day I missed some :( It's obvious Motion is what the industry thinks the consumers are taking a like to hence Sony's conference being largely about motion, sensing(NO PUN) MSFT would go all out with Natal due to the world waiting for more. The talks are getting interesting The Japanese wan't to apply Natal interfaces to all aspects of life so it seems, not just gaming, figures. WoW It's only obvious they were secretly excited about it while the rest of the world waited to see if they would get on board after all they are good at applying imagination to great ideas.

Just leave the blog on TAB lol it makes noises when updated.
i....didnt ..know that . *coughs*
Stop playing *laughs* It's over :(
Yeah its over. -____- Wish kojima discussed the natal game he wants to make more .
Its great to See Kojima giving some love to the 360. He's very Visionary, and with Natal I imagine he wont disappoint.
nice to see support for the new motion conrtolls coming out. I doubt ill ever use them, unless they bring out a good sword fighting game (ninja gaiden with natal or sony wand please tecmo) but i like to see innovation....just wait till next gen.
I'm going to use it every day the Xbox 360 dashboard interface is going to be updated with motion/Natal. Perhaps PC as well.
Interesting I'm kinda excited to see how Natal turns out
Nothing but people in a circle jerk about Natal with no definite plans announced.
No matter how much we don't want for motion controls to become the norm it's going to happen. I hate motion controls, my wii has been sitting on a shelf for like 6 months now, doing nothing. But if it's going to happen, I'd rather see it happen in the hands of visionaries of their fields like Inafune and kojima, and in an attempt to make it for the core gamer.
Natal won't revolutionize core gaming unless it... fixes the .5-1 second lag improves precision substantially penetrates the market I think it COULD be possible if they wait and bundle it with the next xbox... but based off that clip from the japanese morning show, Natal isn't ready to spearhead any new revolution in core gaming. People have trouble driving down a straight road with it. If they fix this stuff and make fun games, then I might check it out. I have no problems with motion controls as long as there are fun games for it.
It's not about being revolutionary, it's about good developers turning a casual trend into something that could, emphasis on could, appeal to the hardcore. Whether it's through a mix of gamepad and motion-sensing or if it's through head-tracking/motion based visuals or if they design a completely new genre. My point is that good developers often make good products with whatever they choose to use, and I hope that trend continues with sony's wand and MS's natal.
I was mainly referencing Kojima saying Natal would start a revolution in gaming or something. I just don't see Kojima doing anything substantial with Natal or the sony dildo unless they see huge market penetration. IMO, in order for high profile developers to fully exploit the motion controls, they'd have to build a game around it... which isn't going to happen unless there's a big enough market. I think Natal has more promise when it comes to core gamers and will see more integration with third party games since you can use it to enhance your experience while using the regular controller, but I don't think developers are going to take be able to appeal to the core gamers with the Natal lag. Remember the KZ2 controller lag "fiasco"? I'm looking forward to seeing what they come up with, though. If they can improve core games with it, I'm all for it... that applies to sony's dildo, as well.
Lets not apply this 2 pcs pls it worse enough its going in to gaming but stay away from my pc with this bs pls.
Sh1T!, coming from work and start to move like a retard to play a FPS I hope that this estupid motion control dies quickly Fat boys if tou want to loose fat go to the gym and stop eating like pigs
I expected this to be a bit better. All they've really reiterated is "oh, the possibilities" for the tenth time. Would've been more interesting if they passed a bong around or something...
