Halo Encyclopedia? You've Gotta Be Kitten Me…

DualShockers writes:
'Today Dorling Kindersley, a company fabled on producing educational and encyclopedia books, announced the release of the 'Halo Encyclopedia', a staggering 352 pages of everything pertaining to the Halo universe. This book, to be released on the 2nd November of this year, carrys a quite staggering pricetag of £30, around $50 of your American dollars. Don't be, MS would slap the name on Halo Bondage and S&M outfits if it sold!

Halo has developed a big enough universe and fanbase to be able to pull off such a feat. There's a lot of backstory to the Halo franchise and what better way than to go into just about everything than an encyclopedia? Almost like Star Wars.

And you're not out of your surprise, just wait Reach and MS upcoming 2010 announcements. They clearly don't want to drop a so juicy IP and disregard what people will say about milking a franchise, you can be sure such announcements will do massive waves.

how many of us can read. I read, but then again, I am not that big of a fan, just a regular one I guess. But still, it does seem kind of nice someone is dedicating a lot into a game like this. That is called insanity. Sounds delicious.
