Top Review: Guitar Hero 5

Since taking over the Guitar Hero franchise in 2007, Neversoft has undoubtedly put its own unique stamp on the rhythm sensation. But though core entries Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock and Guitar Hero World Tour sold immensely well at retail, the series seemed to lose some cachet with core gamers as competitor Rock Band - incidentally created by Guitar Hero originator, Harmonix - introduced landmark features like full-band gameplay and consistently released downloadable songs.
