"If you're a Final Fantasy fan looking to level up you favourite hero again there's certainly fun to be had with the compulsion of unlocking more items and heading out to humiliate Sephiroth once again...
However, the dreadful story, some camera issues in some of the more claustrophobic arenas and occasional battle frustrations eventually become something of a turn off. The fighting would certainly get dull very quickly if it weren't for the high level of customisation too.
With typically high Square-Enix production values it's a real shame the game itself is not quite in the same league. Dissidia is a great looking, fast moving game stacked to the rafters with content and customisation but with a whole that doesn't quite feel like the sum of its parts."
