First in-game screenshots of Data-Fly

Origo-Games has updated their official website with new art as well as an early look at some in-game screenshots.

The story is too old to be commented.

I hope the lead character has been redesigned, she looked like Faith from Mirrors Edge whom had a door slammed in her face last time.

These are early screens. But so far, I think it looks amazing.

Is PSU the only site that actually cares for DATAFLY?

Jpinter2957d ago

I wouldn't say that they are the only site. It's just that Data-Fly isn't ready yet for a full fledged media onslaught so they leak images here and there to let people know the project is still alive.

Sorry, but how do those qualify as in-game shots? In-game in HUD display, not possible CG cutscene.

How do they look like CGI screen shots?

Your CGI standards must be very low if You think that's CGI.

Jpinter2957d ago

They are using the in-game engine. They are not CGI. That's what the characters and environments look like as of now. How many screenshots of Uncharted 2 do you see without the HUD? alot.

How many U2 in-game stills have you seen versus in-game videos?

So they're using the in-game engine to make stills - show me some in-game video or you might as well be showing CG.

Looks good, it'll most likely be shown at TGS 09 or at least have a trailer showing some early gameplay mechanics or even some details on the Engine they're using and what it's capable of doing.

I doubt Origo will reveal the game at TGS. It's still got a ways to go.
