GameZone Interview: Mytheon's Peter Cesario Discusses the Merging of Game Genres

GameZone writes: "These days, existing game genres have been so exhausted with sequels and rehashes that smart developers are constantly looking for a way to stand out. One way is to combine two or more genres for an unlikely and innovative mix of gameplay. While that is far from an easy thing to accomplish, when done correctly, it can produce some of the most entertaining content of the generation. Petroglyph, the developer behind Mytheon, is hoping to achieve just that by combining elements of the action, strategy and RPG genres." (Mytheon, PC)
