NCsoft has announced that several guest authors will be making content for the MMO, City of Heroes, through the Mission Architect system.
The first special custom-made missions are being made by Rooster Teeth and Scott Kurtz. Rooster Teeth are the machinima producers behind the Red vs Blue series, and Kurtz is the creator of a PvP web comic.
