I don't know why they complicate things... Although i support every splitscreen decision, i don't understand why they felt pushed to create a seperate campaign mission lineup?

Why not just implement splitscreen in singleplayer campaign, just regular casual splitscreen? Like back in the old days, where a friend could just hop in and complete the campaign with you.

Still, i haven't seen any "Spec OPS" gameplay.. so i can't really judge. But i hope it's not as i think it will be like, i.e. Resistance 2 coop missions.

But seriously, from G4's preview of the game ( http://tiny.cc/aEeIA) this mode doesnt sound like what I expected...but then again I really didnt expect much from it when it was announced for max 2p only.

I wouldve preferred some campaign co-op as thats what matters and thats the enjoyment factor OF playing co-op with buddies, the main campaign and story mode not some "random pointless missions". Wonder if this will also be available for 2p offline split-screen.

The colors also pop out better on Ps3, this is more than likely due to the Cell Broadband Engine.

I think the boycott is kind of pointless now, I found out the game will cost $60!

I don't think that's quite true. It's $60 here in the US but in UK, the price is still too high. So in other words, nothing's changed and I encourage everyone to buy it used if you must get it. I usually don't get into this kinda stuff but this could end up coming back to bite each and everyone of us.

you should try and keep up, the price increase is in UK and some parts of Europe i believe and trust me there are plenty of people who are NOT back on board when it comes to picking this up.

The reason we are raising the issue about it here and now is so the rest of you lot who don't care because it has not affected you yet, don't get affected at all ! why is that so hard to understand.

you get bet your A$$ if we do nothing, you guys in the US will soon be seeing the price of other games go up across the board.

I am only going to pick this up pre-owned and not till next year. not a penny is going to activision.

enjoy your boycott dark witness, 12,000 is nothing, even 100,000 is NOTHING when this game will sell over 15 million in it's span. I will enjoy MW2, you can boycott and pretend it makes a difference.

i won't have time to enjoy my boycot cos i will be to busy playing other and better games that are better value for money in my opinion.

as i said before, i will got mw2, but only preowned and next year so i will get round to it, just not like the rest of the lemmings that enjoy over paying.

Judging by the textures on the gun the Ps3 looks like its using true AA while the 360 is a blurred out mess

you can save a few pounds - they've got it for £36

Might just be UK only though
