Xbox Evolved: G.I. Joe: The Rise of the Cobra Review

Xbox Evolved writes: "Over the years I've just sort of come to expect that games based on movies, TV series' or comic books will typically suck. Having to follow a movie plotline or fill in the gaps that many comic books leave out, as well as having limited development time (in case of a movie-based videogame) doesn't exactly give developers much to work with. In other words, the suckness factor is set to high mode seeing as how constricted the developers are from the beginning." (G.I Joe: The Rise of Cobta, G.I. JOE: The Rise of Cobra, G.I.
