"Modnation Racers. 4 player splitscreen and possibly 12 online"

The newest step in the Play.Create.Share series from Sony will be called Modnation Racers. They are calling it Race.Create.Share themselves. In any case, the principle is applied as fluently as in LittleBigPlanet and the creators are hoping for an equally large user content addition. You cannot only change your character, but also your car and of course the track. In literally five minutes, you will be able to race around your self-made track, as our own gameplay session at Gamescom demonstrated.

In order to be able to play multiplayer, it is imperative that you can do this with your friends. The people at United Front Games have considered this and have added a four player splitscreen to the game. For the online multiplayer, they are aiming for twelve people.

If you want to know more about Modnation Racers, be sure to check out 9lives in the near future. (ModNation Racers, PS3)
