Skewed and Reviewed have posted some information on the pending Aliens VS Predator.
The game will offer 1 – 4 players and some other interesting features including the ability to play as a Marine, Predator, and Alien.
The game also offers a unique online mode which is said to allow gamers to "play all sides off against each other in a series of unique 3-way online modes and go tooth-to-claw-to-pulse rifle in the reinvention of one of multiplayer gaming's defining moments".
According to Costco.com they have a scheduled release date of Feb. 24th 2010, which confirms an earlier report of a Feb 2010 release.
