Games2C: Ashes Cricket 2009 Review

With the exception of poor character likeness (Flintoff wouldn't be picked from an ID parade), the on–screen visuals boast great player animations. When combined with 10 stadia (including the five used in this summer's Ashes Series), six Test playing nations and a commentary from the likes of Botham, Warne, Agnew, Bishop and Grieg; there's no denying the authentic atmosphere.

Additional scenario–based challenges, online play and motion sensitive gameplay for Wii players (the Wii remote is used as a bat and to add swing and turn to deliveries), adds further longevity to what must be considered a benchmark cricket title.

The story is too old to be commented.
