GameShark: Steambot Chronicles: Battle Tournament Review

GameShark writes: "It's sad that Steambot Chronicles: Battle Tournament falls short of the bar set by the original Steambot Chronicles, but really, they're completely different games. Steambot Chronicles is an extremely fun, non-traditional RPG, while Battle Tournament is a watered down mech fighter with repetitive and time-consuming missions thrown in between fights. If you're a fan of the PS2 original, just know that this is going to be Steambot Chronicles in name (and art style) only. My advice? Ignore this release and hope Steambot Chronicles 2 comes out in the US. And if you absolutely must play a mech title, find a used copy of an Armored Core game somewhere". (PSP, Steambot Chronicles Battle Tournament) C-/A+
