Video: How the Wii Bowling Ball Works

Wired: If you've wanted to add more realism to your Wii bowling experience, that's where Wi-Bowl comes in.

Peripheral maker CTA Digital has just released a new video showing how their new bowling ball-shaped accessory works. Modeled after a real bowing ball, it encases your Wii remote controller (and it works with the Wii MotionPlus add-on) and weighs 1.1 pounds.

The instructional video recommends safely securing the ball's strap to your wrist, but we still think that Wi-Bowl could cause some serious damage if players don't follow the instructions.
