Games2C: Watchmen: The End is Nigh Review

But, predictably, repetition rears its head like an ugly anti–hero. Although the on screen enemies get tougher, the action is the same basic formula the whole way through the game. Inevitably it gets boring – and you can't help but think that Watchmen characters are just crying out for more depth–filled RPG gameplay features.

But alas, none are to be found here. A split screen 2–player option is baffling considering a single screen co–op game would have been far more entertaining; further reinforcing the idea that this game hasn't had the time and thought put into it, that perhaps it should. Another movie licence game lives up the 'cash–in' reputation. (PS3, Watchmen: The End is Nigh, Xbox 360) 6/10
